Exchange / Return policy

 - The product can only be exchanged / returned in case the product received is in damaged condition.

- Exchange / return request to be made within 48 hours of the receipt of order.

- The exchange / return request can be raised via email with a supporting picture of the defect - the product to be exchanged / returned should be unused with original packaging / tags intact.

- Refund will be initiated within 5 days after receiving the damaged product, via bank transfer. Our executive shall contact you for details to assist you further.
